About The Position

The Broken Banjo RV Park is looking for a dependable, friendly Workamper couple to join our team. This is a 40-hour-per-week position (20 hours per person), with duties shared between front desk operations, housekeeping, and grounds maintenance. If you enjoy hospitality, take pride in maintaining beautiful surroundings, and love creating a welcoming experience for guests, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

Friendly, dependable, and enjoys working with people
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically able to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting, bending, standing, walking, and cleaning accommodations and shared facilities
Able to safely perform light outdoor maintenance and grounds work
Flexible and willing to work as a team wherever help is needed
Must successfully pass a background check
Must possess a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Previous campground, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are most important.

Responsibilities

Greeting guests and assisting with check-ins/check-outs
Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
Cleaning cabins, bathhouses, and other resort amenities to maintain high standards
Light groundskeeping and maintenance, including picking up debris, site cleanup, and helping keep the property looking beautiful
Assisting with general day-to-day resort needs as they arise
