About The Position

CCMC is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the administrative backbone of a vibrant, award-winning community. This role is crucial for providing exceptional administrative support and embodying CCMC's core values of Integrity, Respect, Service, and Community. The community itself is a master-planned environment known for its natural beauty, traditional architecture, and extensive amenities, including wetlands, trails, a lake, and a Sailing Center. It boasts a robust Lifestyle program with nearly 100 events annually. The Front Desk Coordinator is the central point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.

Requirements

  • Experience with HOA operations preferred
  • A dynamic individual with a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Outgoing with a professional personality
  • Must work well independently and within a group
  • Excellent people skills, with a commitment to customer service
  • Flexibility to attend community events and meetings as needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Computer skills that include a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits.
  • Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
  • Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
  • Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the reception desk and greeting residents and guests
  • Answering and transferring a high volume of phone calls and emails
  • Organizing and preparing meeting spaces
  • Providing general information
  • Data entry
  • Managing lost & found
  • Operating and maintaining communal office equipment
  • Maintaining office supply inventory and assisting with supply orders
  • Preparing all outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting environment
  • Auditing of shared folders and support to management team
  • Attending community events and meetings as needed
