Our outpatient center provides evidence-based, client-centered therapy that empowers individuals on their journey toward lasting recovery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, values exceptional customer service, and is passionate about supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use and mental health challenges.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new software programs, including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
  • Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in high-risk or crisis situations

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous administrative or front desk experience
  • Experience in behavioral healthcare, mental health services, or addiction treatment

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily front office operations
  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments
  • Maintain, file, and transfer medical records
  • Answer phones and perform general clerical duties, including filing, copying, mailing, faxing, and data entry
  • Order and maintain office and client supplies
  • Support intake processes and billing documentation
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate vendor services when needed
  • Manage petty cash and office-related financial tracking
  • Ensure the reception and office areas remain clean, organized, and professional
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
