About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Clerk to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address visitor needs and inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at the front desk.
