This position requires at least two Night Audit shifts per week. The Front Desk Clerk/Night Audit Relief responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing, and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. They respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us. This role also involves greeting and seating guests for a quality dining experience, ensuring a safe working environment, and assisting guests with luggage. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, helpful, and positive team member who is professional, responsible, and mature in conduct and behavior, while also being understanding, encouraging, and friendly with co-workers. They should be self-motivated, use time wisely, maintain open communication with all departments, and be available to help other departments in emergency situations. Adherence to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company is mandatory.
