About The Position

The Front Desk Attendant serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and employees entering the Club. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with member inquiries, handling phone communications, and supporting administrative and operational needs within the department.

Requirements

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using office systems
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Assist with member check-ins, reservations, and general questions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling assistance
  • Communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Uphold the Club's standards of hospitality and professionalism
