About The Position

Silver Creek Valley Country Club in San Jose, California, is hiring an entry-level Front Desk Attendant to support its hospitality-focused property organization. The position involves welcoming members and guests, managing front desk and facility services, and providing administrative support. Candidates must be able to work independently and deliver excellent member hospitality.

This is a part-time role working 2–3 shifts per week, Monday through Sunday. Shifts vary between 5:45 a.m. and 10:15 p.m. and last 4–6 hours. Compensation is $18.50–$19.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-line phone system.
• Greet and direct members and provide excellent member hospitality.
• Make coffee; check in members and guests; offer towels and water; operate fire pits and umbrellas; and set up pickleball courts.
• Keep the Fitness Center, Tennis Court, and Pavilion lobby clean and organized.
• Answer phones and make tennis court reservations.
• Distribute day lockers and book massage appointments.
• Handle food and beverage sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
