Part-Time Front Desk Associate - Flatiron
About The Position
Myo is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to help create an elevated, seamless experience for clients at its physical therapy clinic. The associate is one of the first people clients encounter and helps keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting clinicians. The role is suited to someone who is passionate about people and enjoys a fast-paced, wellness-driven environment. The ideal start date is November 17, 2026. Available shifts are Monday 1:30 PM–8:15 PM, Friday 6:45 AM–3:15 PM, and two Saturdays per month 7:45 AM–4:15 PM. The hourly pay range is $20.50–$22.50. Myo describes itself as modern physical therapy focused on helping people futureproof their bodies. Its team of physical therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists provides one-to-one care using full-body awareness and proactive insights to intercept injury, reduce pain, and improve everyday well-being.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience.
- Passion for delivering great client experiences.

- Confident communicator able to clearly explain services and their value.
- Business-minded with an understanding of booking and client flow.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, on-brand client service through phone, in-person, and written communication.
- Guide new clients through Myo’s services with clear, confident messaging.
- Manage and optimize clinic schedules, bookings, and waitlists.
- Accurately handle billing, claims, invoices, and client documentation.
- Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and running smoothly day to day.
- Support client follow-ups, marketing efforts, and business-driving initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions.
