About The Position
Kids ‘R’ Kids is seeking a Front Desk Associate with a passion for children and a desire to work with a team dedicated to leading youth to a more successful life. This role involves supporting children from infant to school age in our Learning Academy. We offer flexible hours, competitive pay, and benefit options.
Requirements
- Ability to work with children ages 6 week to 12 years old
- Passionate about customer service and success of others
- Background in customer service
- Completed background check & fingerprinting (done after hiring)
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching or equivalent
- Master’s Degree in Teaching or equivalent
- Early Learning Teaching credentials
Responsibilities
- Uphold the standards of our company by keeping our students safe, educated, and making their experience enjoyable every day
- Ability to speak the brand, take incoming calls and be a team player
- Conduct family tours for potential families
- Assist in classrooms as needed
