About The Position

Cincinnati Marriott North is actively seeking dynamic candidates to fill our full-time Front Desk Associate positions. Candidates MUST HAVE open availability (days, evenings, weekends and holidays).

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • MUST HAVE open availability (days, evenings, weekends and holidays).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • providing exceptional service to guests at all times
  • assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all guest services related functions
  • greets and registers guests, provides room assignments, and accommodate special requests
  • answers all incoming internal/external calls using proper etiquette
  • has thorough knowledge of reservation system and procedures
  • resolves guest challenges and takes appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction
  • processes guest payments and follows proper cash handling procedures
  • must be able to stand for 8 consecutive hours
