About The Position

Requirements

• Create a positive first impression and welcoming environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone.
• Multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities in a busy environment.
• Be comfortable using basic computer systems and completing office tasks.
• Be reliable and ready to support residents, families, and your team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Respond to inquiries and direct calls promptly and courteously.
• Assist with filing, scheduling, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
• Give welcoming and engaging community tours to prospective residents and families.
• Keep the reception and lobby areas organized, clean, and inviting.
• Provide additional front desk support when needed and available.
