About The Position
The Lash Lounge is seeking a motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for its salon. The associate focuses on delivering an excellent guest experience, selling memberships and retail products, booking appointments, and helping cultivate a positive work environment. The role also supports salon operations and helps maintain a clean, inviting atmosphere.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work some weekends and evenings.

- Experience with MindBody Software.
Responsibilities
- Increase membership and retail sales.
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Book appointments in person or by phone.
- Contribute to group operations, including inventory maintenance.
