We are looking for a Front Desk Agent at The Hollywood Roosevelt who brings the highest level of customer service, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome, prompt assistance, and a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with check-ins and check-outs
  • Managing guest inquiries and reservations

  • Maintaining effective communication with all departments
  • Ensuring all guest requests are addressed promptly
  • Upholding hotel policies and service standards
  • Ensuring the work areas remain organized and presentable
