About The Position

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
  • Assist guests with reservations, room requests, and special accommodations
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions
  • Maintain accurate guest information and room assignments
  • Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready front desk environment
  • Follow company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures
  • Support overall hotel operations as needed
