Seasonal Front Desk Agent
About The Position
Oftentimes the first team member to speak with guest upon arrival and the last one to say goodbye, as a Front Desk Agent, you will be integral in the creation of distinctively different and authentic experiences. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests and assist them with check-in, ensuring they are comfortable and giving them a warm Suncadia welcome. Using your hotel knowledge, you'll promote amenities and recommendations to enhance the Suncadia experience. On the day of check-out, you will ensure a smooth and friendly departure and that each guest leaves wanting to return.
Requirements
- Flexibility with work days and hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Previous experience passionately providing service to others and assisting them with creating authentic vacation or travel experiences.
- Previous experience in a resort or hotel environment preferred.
- Great communicator - Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate both verbally and through legible and grammatically correct writing.
- A qualified applicant is a “people person” who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.

- Utilize the freedom to go beyond to take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.
- Share your personal passions and knowledge of the services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home.
- Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests’ needs are being met.
- Enjoy multi-tasking at a fast pace while having an impeccable eye for detail l to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
