The Spa Front Desk Agent is responsible for the reception and retail area at the spa. This role includes greeting guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking appointments, checking guests into the computer system, and processing payments for services performed. The agent is responsible for supporting the guest experience from check-in to departure, adhering to all Hard Rock and Forbes guest service standards. This position requires opening and closing the spa daily according to Standard Operating Procedures, accurately booking, changing, and canceling spa appointments, and maintaining a clean, safe, stocked, and organized work area. The role also involves actively promoting spa services and products, handling guest inquiries professionally, and maintaining a positive attitude to contribute to a quality work environment. Regular participation in training and staff meetings is expected, along with assisting in other spa operations as requested by management. Communication of any staff or guest incidents requiring assistance to management is crucial. This is a seasonal position.
