About The Position

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be integral in the creation of distinctively different and authentic experiences. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests and assist them with check-in, ensuring they are comfortable and giving them a warm Suncadia welcome. Using your hotel knowledge, you'll promote amenities and recommendations to enhance the Suncadia experience. On the day of check-out, you will ensure a smooth and friendly departure and that each guest leaves wanting to return. This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates: Season Start: May 2026, Season End: October 31 2026. Hours will fluctuate as business levels rise and fall throughout the season. Peak season, with the most hours, is typically May – October.

Requirements

  • Flexibility - This is a demanding business and we look for flexibility with work days and hours, but it’s also a lot of fun! We look for individuals that can are available on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Experience - Previous experience passionately providing service to others and assisting them with creating authentic vacation or travel experiences.
  • People Person - The best part of serving others is creating guest experiences that go beyond the expected.
  • Great communicator - Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate both verbally and through legible and grammatically correct writing.
  • A qualified applicant is a “people person” who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a resort or hotel enivornment preferred
