About The Position

As a Front Desk Agent at Castaway Bay, you will provide exceptional service to guests staying at the hotel. You will check guests in and out, respond to their questions and concerns in person and by phone, collect and record charges, and perform general office procedures. You will learn and use the hotel Property Management System. Cedar Point describes the role as an opportunity to help guests create memorable experiences, interact with people of different ages and backgrounds, and gain skills and experience for the future.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to bend, crouch, and stoop; push a cart weighing up to 50 lbs.; and use cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Ability to pass a mandatory or random drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by applicable law.
• For applicants age 18 or older, ability to pass a background check, which may include credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy and applicable law.
