Accommodates guests of the hotel by performing various duties. This role requires a genuine warmth and helpful nature, understanding the importance of a great first impression, and enjoying making others smile. The position involves greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests, handling confidential information with integrity, and promptly addressing guest requests and complaints. Responsibilities also include answering and routing calls, managing cash drawers and transactions, maintaining accurate records, assisting with sales and marketing efforts, offering wake-up calls, recording guest information, replenishing and cleaning the continental breakfast area, ensuring the lobby is clean, and performing laundry functions as directed. All other duties as assigned.
