The core mission of the Front Desk Agent is to ensure all guests enjoy a friendly arrival and departure experience, while addressing all needs and requests in a timely, efficient and hospitable manner. This role is crucial for maintaining the MCR standard of providing clean, friendly, well-organized, and safe hotels for guests. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for guest relations, handling challenging situations, understanding hotel features and amenities, and supporting hotel events. They will also be expected to maintain a spotless workspace, contribute to product consistency through accurate checklist completion and timely shift handover reports, and embody teamwork through clear communication and a can-do attitude.
