About The Position

Snowpine Lodge is a mountain resort in Utah’s Alta Ski Area. The Front Desk Agent is the welcoming face of the property and helps ensure guests feel valued from arrival through departure. The role provides customer service, manages check-ins and check-outs, handles guest questions and concerns, and shares information about local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities. It also involves coordinating with other departments, maintaining an organized front desk, and accurately processing cash and credit card transactions. This is a seasonal, full-time position paying $20 per hour. Housing is available, and ski pass options are offered.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous cash-handling experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
