About The Position

Snowpine Lodge is a mountain resort in Utah’s Alta Ski Area. The Front Desk Agent welcomes guests and helps create a positive stay by providing attentive, efficient service from arrival through departure. The role handles check-ins and check-outs, responds to questions and concerns, shares information about local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities, and works with other departments to support a seamless guest experience. It also involves managing front desk organization and processing cash and credit card transactions accurately. This is a seasonal, full-time position paying $20 per hour. Housing is available, and ski pass options are offered.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous cash-handling experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency with computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
