About The Position

This position is for a Front Desk Agent at the Fairfield Inn Daytona Beach, located in the ONE DAYTONA entertainment epicenter. The hotel features raceway-themed decor, a lobby bar, complimentary hot breakfast, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and 105 spacious guest rooms and suites, each equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year customer service experience.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  • Handle guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
  • Adhere to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures.
  • Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
  • Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
  • Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently.
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
  • Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
