About The Position
Fairfield Inn & Suites Dayton is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team in a full-time role. This position combines daytime front desk shifts with overnight night audit shifts, providing a consistent full-time schedule for the right candidate. Requirements
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).
- Night audit experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Perform nightly audit procedures, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Follow hotel policies and brand standards while providing outstanding hospitality.
