The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for handling guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction, processing all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements, and adhering to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures. This role also involves generating, printing, and distributing daily reports to designated departments/personnel, and resolving discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
