The Cafe Server is responsible for taking food and beverage orders, retrieving and serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. This role also involves collecting payments and assisting in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment. The server must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, and ensure compliance with all daily operational procedures of the Food and Beverage Department. Maintaining food and beverage safety and quality according to hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications is crucial, as is effective communication with the General Manager, other Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff. Other duties as assigned.
