About The Position

The Front Desk Agent works afternoon and evening shifts in a part-time position. The role calls for someone who can work independently in a fast-paced environment and welcomes residents and guests with eye contact, sincerity, and appreciation. The priority is to help residents feel at home while ensuring smooth service and operations through communication with team members, property management, residents, and guests. The position pays $18 per hour at the time of the posting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members, property management, residents, and guests to support smooth operations and service.
• Follow property-specific procedures for receiving and signing for deliveries and ensure deliveries are efficiently delivered to residents.
• Coordinate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as visits by realtors and potential homebuyers or renters.
• Advise and remind residents and guests of applicable property rules and regulations.
• Follow property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Promptly respond to and complete resident requests, phone calls, questions, and concerns.
• Wear the supplied uniform and interact with residents in a welcoming manner.
