The core mission of the Front Desk Agent is to ensure all guests enjoy a friendly arrival and departure experience, while addressing all needs and requests in a timely, efficient and hospitable manner. This role is crucial for maintaining the MCR standard of providing clean, friendly, well-organized, and safe hotels for our guests. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for guest relations, including greeting guests, using their names, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling challenging situations with hospitality. They will also need to have strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities, be aware of events, understand relevant technology, and practice proper phone etiquette.
