The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing superior guest services, including check-in/check-out of hotel guests courteously and efficiently. This role involves processing all payments according to established hotel requirements and providing information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner. The agent must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, and adhere to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures. Additionally, the role includes generating and distributing daily reports and resolving discrepancies with Housekeeping.
