The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Housekeeping Department. This role requires maintaining complete knowledge of and compliance with all Shaner Hotels, franchise, and hotel/departmental policies and procedures, and ensuring the housekeeping team is informed as well. The supervisor will handle guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction, train and develop team members, and monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas. This position may also perform housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson functions whenever necessary.
