The core mission of the Front Desk Agent at Homewood Suites Little Rock is to ensure all guests enjoy a friendly arrival and departure experience, while addressing all needs and requests in a timely, efficient and hospitable manner. The MCR standard is to provide clean, friendly, well-organized and safe hotels for our guests. This involves maintaining happy guests through excellent guest relations, spotless cleanliness in workspaces, product consistency and quality, and strong teamwork. Responsibilities include greeting guests, using their names, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling challenging situations, possessing hotel knowledge, supporting events, understanding relevant technology, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Team members are expected to keep all areas clean and organized, pitch in to clean as needed, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
