The core mission of the Front Desk Agent is to ensure all guests enjoy a friendly arrival and departure experience, while addressing all needs and requests in a timely, efficient and hospitable manner. The MCR standard is to provide clean, friendly, well-organized and safe hotels for our guests. This role requires a "Can Do Attitude" and a willingness to learn, with the ability to handle stressful, high-pressure situations effectively. Strong communication and listening skills are essential for resolving guest and co-worker concerns. The Front Desk Agent must be at least 18 years of age and willing to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
