About The Position

Burke Williams is seeking a warm, personable, service-driven Front Desk Agent / Spa Concierge to create a welcoming and memorable guest experience in a luxury wellness environment. As the first and last point of contact, this role helps guests feel valued and cared for throughout their visit. The position combines guest service, sales, scheduling, and spa operations, and supports community outreach initiatives. The role may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

Ability to work in multiple departments, including Concierge, Front Desk, and Spa Attendant.
Ability to stand and walk for 95% of a shift.
Ability to lift items for organizing and cleaning spa and retail areas.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
People-centered, personable, and passionate about connecting with guests.
Detail-oriented and intuitive, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
Able to guide guests toward appropriate services and products and meet sales goals with integrity.

Responsibilities

Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure interactions are warm and welcoming.
Build genuine connections with guests and guide them through membership programs, gift cards, spa services, and retail offerings.
Recommend services and products that fit guests’ needs while meeting sales goals.
Manage check-ins, transactions, and scheduling, maintaining an organized and inviting spa environment.
Communicate and collaborate with guests, team members, and leadership to support efficient operations and excellent service.
Support community outreach through the Blue Heart Warrior initiative and Hands for Hope Foundation.
Work across the Concierge, Front Desk, and Spa Attendant departments.
Complete Front Desk Training at the Burke Williams Training Facility.
