This is a full-time, in-office role based out of multiple @properties offices in Chicago, IL. The Front Desk Administrator is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, operating a multiline telephone system, greeting guests, and providing support to office staff. The role involves managing incoming calls, answering questions about the organization, performing basic searches and updates in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and working on various projects. Additionally, the administrator will create and maintain schedules, support agents with technology and office procedures, handle mail and faxes, perform general clerical duties, order supplies, and maintain office cleanliness.
