Front Desk Administrator
About The Position
We are interviewing Front Desk Administrators in our outpatient clinic for a part-time position in Aiken, SC. Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook Applications
- Highly organized and schedule driven
- Flexible with daily tasks
- Possess strong interpersonal skills (to deal with co-workers, clients and patients), initiative, and good judgment
- Must be detail oriented
- Proficient typing skills (at least 50wpm)
- Must be a high school graduate
- 1 – 2 years working in a front office environment
- Motivated team player, good work attitude, proactive in nature, and requires minimal supervision
Nice To Haves
- Some college or healthcare technical school a plus
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is ideal
Responsibilities
- Deal with stress, work under deadlines and maintain critical thinking skills
- Maintain strong customer service skills (phone and in person)
