About The Position

The Front Desk Administrator serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, assisting with member services, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
  • Must have hospitality experience

Nice To Haves

  • Previous front desk, receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience working in hospitality, country club, or resort environments.
  • Cash handling and payment processing experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet members, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Check members and guests in and verify memberships or reservations.
  • Provide information about club amenities, events, policies, and services.
  • Manage guest passes and maintain accurate visitor logs.
  • Handle reservations for club facilities, events, and activities.
  • Process payments, membership fees, and other transactions as needed.
  • Maintain front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Coordinate with club staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Address member or guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support club events by assisting with check-in and guest coordination.
