About The Position

We’re partnering with one of our clients near Charleston, SC to hire a friendly, organized, and detail‑oriented Temporary Front Desk Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, supporting daily office operations, and assisting with administrative and HR‑related tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and callers; route calls and messages as needed
  • Ensure visitor safety compliance (safety glasses, steel‑toed footwear when required)
  • Provide general administrative support, including office supply management and shipping requests
  • Order flowers for events and assist with meeting and conference setup
  • Review and approve employee timesheets
  • Support Workforce Portal (WP) inquiries
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding, including orientations and interview scheduling
  • Post and close job postings; update candidate statuses in the ATS
  • Track employee referrals and payouts
  • Create badges, update ASWEB, and prepare new‑hire bios and photos
