Requirements

  • At least 1 year of prior experience in office administration, front desk operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with standard office tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-service–oriented demeanor.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Be the Face of Peraton: Welcome employees, clients, and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service. Manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures while ensuring a seamless front-office experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for general inquiries and provide outstanding support to guests and staff.
  • Support Daily Office Operations: Monitor office supply inventory and proactively coordinate replenishment. Partner with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective purchasing. Maintain organized supply areas that contribute to an efficient workplace.
  • Coordinate Meetings and Collaboration: Manage conference room scheduling and availability. Prepare meeting spaces by coordinating audiovisual equipment, room setup, and meeting materials. Resolve scheduling conflicts and support last-minute meeting requests with professionalism and flexibility.
  • Help Maintain an Exceptional Workplace: Coordinate and track facilities requests, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services. Work closely with building management and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming common areas for employees and visitors.
  • Grow Your Administrative Experience: Support a variety of administrative projects, including data entry, document management, meeting coordination, and reporting. Assist with departmental initiatives through research, tracking, and project coordination. Maintain accurate records while identifying opportunities to improve office processes and efficiencies.
