About The Position

Block LLP is currently looking for a professional and personable Front Desk Administrator to join our team. This role is vital as it serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and efficient experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a front desk or administrative position, preferably within a law firm or similar professional environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and familiar with office management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with a positive attitude.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure common spaces are organized.
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and legal document processing with confidentiality.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and assisting with document preparation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support smooth office operations.
