This role is responsible for providing great customer service by completing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep business running smoothly. Motivated and talented employees will be provided leadership training and advancement opportunities. This is a part-time, 100% in-office position at both our Tigard and Highlands (Oregon) locations, requiring 25 hours per week. The schedule includes Saturdays 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Tuesdays 9:00 am-5:00 pm, and Wednesdays 10:00 am-6:00 pm. Business hours are Monday-Friday 7 am-8 pm and Saturday 8 am-4 pm. It is a conflict of interest for an employee of Mindful Support Services to be a current client of Mindful Therapy Group. Individuals receiving clinical services at Mindful Therapy Group must wait until their care is discontinued before beginning employment.
