This role is responsible for providing great customer service by completing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep business running smoothly. Motivated and talented employees will be provided leadership training and advancement opportunities. The position requires providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients, managing the front desk by helping clients prepare for their visits, scheduling client appointments, supporting mental health providers with administrative requests, and verifying client insurance benefits. This is a part-time, 100% in-office role at both Tigard and Highlands, Oregon locations, with a salary of $19.00 per hour.
