About The Position

As a Front Crew member at Ono Hawaiian BBQ, you help create a positive dining experience by providing customer service, taking orders, operating the POS system, serving food, and keeping the store clean and safe. The position requires following applicable health codes, safety procedures, company policies, and the Front Crew Training Guideline. It also involves closing duties, regular attendance, and other duties as assigned. The role may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Follow the Front Crew Training Guideline.
• Greet customers, provide customer service, and assist with orders.
• Promote marketing promotions and new products to customers.
• Operate the POS system, handle payments, and serve food to customers.
• Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedures at the end of each shift or day.
• Clean and sanitize the store through daily and weekly tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
