About The Position

As a Front Crew member at Ono Hawaiian BBQ, you will help ensure a positive dining experience by providing customer service, taking and serving orders, operating the POS system, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant. The role involves following health and safety requirements, company policies, and the Front Crew Training Guideline. Work may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures and the Front Crew Training Guideline.
• Greet customers, provide customer service, and assist with orders.
• Promote marketing promotions and new product items to customers.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle payments, and serve food to customers.
• Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedures at the end of each shift or day.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks to maintain store cleanliness.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
