About The Position

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is a fast-casual restaurant serving Hawaiian plate lunches and island specialties. The Front Crew helps provide customers with a positive dining experience by delivering customer service, taking and processing orders, serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. The role requires following health and safety requirements, company policies, and Front Crew training guidelines, as well as maintaining regular and punctual attendance. The position may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Comply with health codes, safety procedures, company policies, and Front Crew Training Guidelines.
• Greet customers, provide customer service, and assist with orders.
• Promote marketing promotions and new products to customers.
• Operate the POS system, handle payments, and serve food to customers.
• Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedures at the end of a shift or day.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks to maintain store cleanliness.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
