About The Position

The front office is where great patient experiences begin. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work, and understands that every interaction matters. We believe great employees can come from many different backgrounds. You will spend most of your day working within electronic systems, scheduling appointments, managing records, and communicating with patients. We are happy to train the right candidate on medical terminology, insurance processes, scheduling workflows, and office procedures. However, applicants should already be comfortable using computers throughout the day.
