About The Position

Fresh Food Managers lead staff and manage processes to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Love’s fresh kitchen. The role focuses on driving sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe, clean, well-maintained kitchen and following proper food safety procedures. Managers oversee ordering, stocking, inventory, food preparation, task completion, scheduling, and routine reporting. They also work alongside team members to prepare and package products, interpret financial reports to identify business opportunities, and collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition.

Requirements

At least 1 year of management experience.
At least 1 year of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and profit and loss statements.
At least 1 year of experience supervising and training 5 or more employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to frequently lift or move items weighing 50 pounds or more.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Ensure the kitchen is safe, clean, and well-maintained and that proper food safety procedures are followed.
Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
Oversee task execution and completion, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
Work with team members to prepare and package products promptly to meet customer service expectations.
Understand profit and loss statements and other financial reporting to inform business changes and capitalize on opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition.
Supervise and train employees.
