The Fresh Cut Lead helps create an exceptional shopping experience by keeping the department clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready to serve customers. As a department leader, this role supports and develops the team while driving operational excellence and helping achieve business goals. The position contributes to a positive customer experience and builds strong relationships with customers and the community. It is an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.
