About The Position

Bella Baby Photography is hiring a part-time, on-site In-Hospital Fresh 48 Photographer and Sales Consultant in West Allis, Wisconsin. The role involves coordinating brief newborn photo sessions in hospital rooms, editing images, and selling photo packages to families shortly after delivery. Commission sales are estimated at $250–$450 twice monthly, with additional tips and performance- and seniority-based bonuses. The company offers regular training and support, as well as opportunities to connect with photographers across the country. The position is scheduled for 2–3 days per week, including at least one weekday and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). The usual start time is 9 AM, with the day planned to end at 5 PM, though hours and days may vary based on the number of births and business needs. Monthly schedules are posted six weeks in advance, and some holidays are required. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screen. Positions are offered on an at-will basis.

Requirements

Own a DSLR or mirrorless camera with at least 18 MP; phone cameras are not accepted.
Have a laptop with at least 513 GB of storage and 16 GB of memory.
Have Adobe Lightroom Classic.
Be willing to update vaccination records if existing records cannot be provided; vaccination records are not required at the time of hire.
Have reliable transportation.
Be able to lift up to 20 lbs of equipment.
Pass a background check and drug screen.
Be available 2–3 days per week, including at least one weekday and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), and some holidays.
