Fresh 48 Hospital Photographer (with In-Person Sales)
About The Position
Bella Baby Photography is hiring an In-Hospital Fresh 48 Photographer and Sales Consultant in Lake Forest. The position involves coordinating short newborn photo sessions in families’ hospital rooms, editing images on-site, and presenting photo packages to families for in-person sales. Photographers receive regular training and support and can connect with photographers across the country. The role is on-site in a hospital and is part-time, averaging less than 15 hours per week. Approximate earnings are $100 to $550 per week. Team members are guaranteed hourly pay and receive whichever is higher each pay period: their hourly earnings or commission on all sales, plus 100% of tips. Employment is at will and contingent on passing a background check and drug screen.
Requirements
- DSLR or mirrorless camera with at least 18 MP; phone cameras are not accepted.
- Laptop with at least 513 GB of storage and 16 GB of memory.
- Adobe Lightroom Classic.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds of equipment.
- Willingness to update vaccination records if existing records cannot be provided.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and lead several same-day 15-minute photo sessions.
- Safely pose and handle newborns.
- Minimally edit photos on-site using Adobe Lightroom.
- Show photo packages to families and complete in-person sales.
