Fresh 48 Photographer and Sales Consultant
About The Position
Bella Baby Photography is hiring an In-Hospital Fresh 48 Photographer and Sales Consultant to work on site in hospitals in the Denver Metro and South Metro. The role involves coordinating short newborn photo sessions, editing images, and selling photo packages to families during their hospital stay. Team members receive guaranteed hourly pay and, each pay period, are paid whichever is higher: their hourly earnings or commissions on all sales. They also receive 100% of their tips. Approximate earnings are $500 to $1,600 per pay period. Regular training and support are provided, along with opportunities to connect with photographers across the country and develop photography skills. The position is part-time, generally two to three days per week, including at least one weekday and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). The schedule typically begins at 9 AM and is planned to end at 5 PM, but may change depending on the number of births that day. Monthly schedules are posted six weeks in advance, and some holidays are required.
Requirements
- DSLR or mirrorless camera with at least 18 MP; phone cameras are not accepted.
- Laptop with at least 513 GB of storage and 16 GB of memory.
- Adobe Lightroom Classic.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds of equipment.
- Willingness to update vaccination records if existing records cannot be provided.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and lead several same-day, 15-minute photo sessions.
- Safely pose and handle newborns during photo sessions.
- Minimally edit photos on site using Adobe Lightroom.
- Present photo packages to families and complete in-person sales.
